Part of the entry-level offer of Galaxy A, Galaxy A22 phones and its 5G version will be some of the most po[CENSORED]r Samsung phones of 2021.

Although the sale price is not known, the replacement of the A21 series already appears in unofficial renderings, A22 sharing many features with the slightly more advanced model, Galaxy A32, unveiled at the beginning of the year. The new smartphone changes the rectangular arrangement of the camera to a square one, housing three optical sensors plus the LED flash.

According to the latest rumors, Galaxy A22 comes with triple-camera system with 48MP main sensor, 5MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP DoF sensor added strictly to complete the list of specifications. Above the screen cropped after the “drop” model we will find an 8MP camera, possible with some improvements to the image quality part.

Galaxy A22 5G, a 5G solution at a low price

According to the unofficial list of specifications, the new Galaxy A model comes with a 6.5-inch screen and FHD + resolution, with few compromises on the image quality. Being LCD technology, the fingerprint sensor comes mounted on the side frame, but that should not be a problem, if Samsung has selected a recent generation component. Interestingly, a previous rumor described the screen as an AMOLED model with HD + resolution.

The list of features also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack output and a generous 5000mAh battery, just like the previous model.
The processing power is given by Dimensity 700, a newly launched MediaTek chipset, made using the 7nm manufacturing process.
It integrates 5G modem in the sub-6GHz band.
Instead, those who opt for the 4G version of the phone choose the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, made using the 12nm manufacturing process and equipped with a 2.0GHz octa-core CPU.
Both variants of the phone are expected with up to 6GB of RAM.
The price of the 4G model could be less than $ 180, respectively $ 205 in 5G equipment. Galaxy A22 5G thus becomes the cheapest 5G phone in Samsung's offer.
The color options will be white, light green, purple and gray.
Samsung is expected to keep the calendar already used last year, launching the new A22 in early summer.
