In dialogue with RPP Noticias, he reiterated that the members of the Ministerial Cabinet carry out a constant evaluation of compliance with the restrictions within the framework of the state of emergency in the national territory and social immobilization in regions of the country. “We are in permanent evaluation in the Council. In fact, [the figures] are being evaluated, but it is likely that we will make the decision regarding the total quarantine next Wednesday in the Council of Ministers, ”he said. Likewise, Neyra indicated that the decision was made that two provinces of Loreto (Maynas and Ramón Castilla) and Puno (city of the same name) will go to the extreme level. “Every night there are meetings with groups of experts who analyze these figures and as you can see yesterday we have made the decision on two regions. And probably on Wednesday we will decide the total quarantine, but that does not depend on us as an Executive, but on the citizens, "he added. In addition, he mentioned that the Government considers that there are positive social indicators in the midst of this quarantine in extreme regions. “There are positive indicators of a social nature, which is the lower mobility of people. We are in a relatively favorable situation, ”he said. It is worth remembering that the regions that are in quarantine are: Ancash, Pasco, Huánuco, Junín, Huancavelica, Ica, Apurímac, Lima Regions, Metropolitan Lima and Callao. For these regions there is no curfew, since immobilization is 24 hours a day. You can only leave home to shop for basic necessities. To use a vehicle you need a work pass. The use of private vehicles is also prohibited. What essential activities are allowed? Supply of food, health, medicine, financial services, restaurant service for home delivery (delivery), continuity of water services, sanitation, electricity, gas, fuel, telecommunications and related activities, cleaning and collection of solid waste , funeral services, freight and merchandise transportation and related activities, activities related to the resumption of economic activities, transportation of funds. The Government also indicates the following: If you work in any body of the Peruvian electoral system, you are also authorized to travel, as long as you carry your credential or document that proves your link with the entity and your ID. In regions with an extreme level, authorized supply centers, markets, supermarkets and the like can open up to 6:00 p.m.
