[Problem] Cs 1.6

I am Unable to Have my Cs 1.6 As down And for being Afk When i open My Cs 1.6 And Press the start As windows i am able to Close down My Cs but its Every thing is not Count able in Loading and Time played And when the Server connected i Can't close down the Cs 1.6 and Just I need to Close the Cs 1.6 for anyting Else Than i Am unable to do my Activities As Admin in Current Server
