Microsoft has updated its Your Phone application, which makes it possible to make mobile functions compatible with the computer, and the Windows 10 operating system will begin to allow the use of Android applications from the computer.

This function will initially be available on several models of Samsung Galaxy smartphones, as announced this Wednesday at the presentation of the latest flagship of the South Korean company, the Galaxy Note20 family and as Microsoft reports on its blog.

In this way, Your Phone will allow users to instantly open an Android application from their Windows 10 computers, without having to install it, being able to add it directly to the taskbar.

When an Android app is launched from Windows, it opens to a page outside of the Your Phone app, making it easier for users to multitask. This function is already available on Samsung Galaxy mobiles since Wednesday, although in a preliminary way.

Likewise, users of Galaxy Note20 terminals will also be able to use several Android applications at the same time, a function that will be added this year and that Microsoft is working to extend to other manufacturers.
