The lights of the Christmas tree in the capital turned on

At 18 o'clock tonight the lights of the Christmas tree in Sofia, located in the park in front of the National Palace of Culture, were lit.

UNDER THE LIGHTS OF THE CHRISTMAS

Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova lit the lights of the big Christmas tree and addressed the residents of Sofia:
 
"I believe that all people, along with the topical topics, are preparing and rejoicing that we are on the eve of Christmas. Of course, our city is traditionally decorated as much as possible - both the streets and the squares, and traditionally we invite everyone, especially the children, to attend the burning of the Christmas tree that we planted during the reconstruction of the square, "she said.

The lighting of the lights was accompanied by fireworks and a big holiday concert.

Earlier in the day, a retro tram along the route transported those who wished for free from the Revival Square to the Ivan Vazov Market and back. Actors from the Sirius Theater entertained the passengers with songs and theatrical sketches, as well as donated books to the children.
