First of all @KarLeN is an Administrator in the server. 

Secondly he is allowed to use once per 12 hours zp in his self as Rules says.

NEMESIS,  ASSASSIN, (zp commands).

• Twice each 12 hours, you can use it one time for you, and the other one for player.

KarLen you use zp before 5 rounds to start map . Warning! 

but it is allow to used zp ,12 hr in 1 time .
