Angrry.exe™
SD Association, the standard SD storage company, has announced SD 6.0 final specifications, which will bring the new UHS-III cards at twice the transfer speeds than the UHS-II models. With SD 6.0, new smartphone smartphone application "Performance Performance Class" A2 cards have been released. The UHS-III standard will offer the ability to develop SD memory cards that can handle read and write speeds up to 624 MB / s (full duplex). In comparison, the UHS-I standard offers speeds between 50 and 104 MB / s, while the UHS-II offers 156 MB / s full duplex or 312 MB / s half duplex. Fortunately, those who already have UHS-II devices will be able to use the new memory cards because the interface has not changed. Of course, transfer speeds on UHS-II devices will not be higher than before. At the same time, the UHS-III slot will be compatible with all previous generations of SD cards. However, the maximum theoretical capacity still remains at 2 TB, which has not yet been reached. UHS-III cards seem to be made for mobile devices such as laptops and cameras, but the "Performance Performance" cards are dedicated to smartphones. Last year, the SD Association presented A1, which provides high performance in applications stored on the card, and now, with the introduction of the SD 6.0 protocol (which also includes the UHS-III), there is also a higher version: A2. While sequential transfer speed does not increase from generation A1 to 10 MB / s, in order for a card to be included in this class, it must be able to hold a very large number of operations per second. For reading, A2 cards must be able to provide 4000 IOPS, while writing must deliver
