Perhaps you've heard of RED, the company that produces professional video cameras for the cinema industry. The US manufacturer has recently announced entry into the consumer market with a $ 1195 smartphone.

RED Hydrogen promises to be one of the most innovative mobile devices launched on the market over the last few years. But do not think too much technical details have been communicated to us, as is usually the case with the smartphone industry. The company, on the other hand, relies on novelty. Hydrogen One brings a "holographic" display capable of displaying RED Hydrogen 4-View, AR, VR, and 3D content without the use of dedicated glasses. We do not know exactly how this technology works or how much it will help us in daily use, but at first glance, the concept seems to be quite exciting.

Apparently, the phone can be attached to various modules and can be used as a display for RED camcorders. The design is, without a doubt, a nonconformist design, and on the connective side we choose with a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack.
