For a poorly-qualified laptop, Windows 10 is not the best choice as an operating system. A more demanding operating system will greatly reduce the performance of your device. What if your budget is low? Low budget should not necessarily be a problem. If you want low-priced performance, then do not opt for a laptop. A desktop is far superior in terms of performance, and may even cost less. If you really need your laptop, then get it right before you buy it!
