• Your Problem:I want to connect in 1 CSGO Server , but i can't connect connect to it because the map they put i dont have that map but it must be dowload but it didn't , It still show me 1% download.. (it online Steam CSGO)

Complete the steps below to update your configuration files for Steam:

Exit Steam.

Open Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox and type steam: // flushconfig and then press Enter. (If you are asked to allow this website to open a program, click on 'Allow' or 'Accept')

When Steam asks you to reset your configuration, click on 'Accept' to confirm.

Once this is done, log in to Steam and try the problem again.

If you have several installation folders for games, this process will eliminate them. You will have to add the folders again in Steam so that your games appear as installed.

To add the folders please do the following:

1. Open Steam
2. Click on Steam> Settings (Preferences on Mac)
3. Navigate to the 'Downloads' tab
4. Click on the 'Steam Library Folders' button
5. Click on 'Add library folder' and add the directory that contains your games
6. Click on 'Accept'
7. Restart Steam

If the problem persists, make sure your network is optimized for Steam

you have to wait a liitle it will take time about 5-10 min to download a map, happens to me all the time OR you can just download the map online and put it in your cs foilder simple

 try to delete csgo.exe and add cl_disablehtmlmotd 1 launch option. Follow the steps below on how:
Go to Counter Strike: Global Offensive folder, locate csgo.exe and delete it.
Go to your Steam Library.
Find Counter Strike: Global Offensive and right click it.
Choose Properties.
In Properties window navigate to Local tab.
In Local tab click Verify integrity of Game Cache.
When the process is completed, go once again to the CS:GO installation directory and locate csgo.exe.
Repeat all the steps from Step 1 on how to disable compatibility mode. In addition make sure that everything is unchecked in csgo.exe Compatibility Tab.
Go back to your Steam Library once again and right click CS:GO and choose Properties.
Click on Set launch options.

Save the changes and start the game.
If the same issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling again the game to make sure that all changes made will take effect.

Step 1: Make sure that Compatibility mode is disabled.

Navigate to the Compatibility tab and uncheck Run as Administrator and Compatibility mode.
Click Apply and OK to save the changes.
Run the game again to see if the issues are resolved.
Step 2: Move your cfg folder.

Go to SteamsteamappscommonCounter-Strike Global Offensivecsgocfg directory. Move cfg directory to another location, for example your Desktop.
Try starting the game again.

In addition some users report a similar solution:

Go to SteamsteamappscommonCounter-Strike Global Offensivecsgocfg folder
Inside the cfg folder locate valve.rc file and move it or delete it.
Try starting the game again.
