The name of the future Android, inadvertently revealed by Huawei

Android P was introduced to the Google I / O event and is now available in beta. The official launch for all phones and all users will be made in the fall. It has speculated that it will be called Peanut or Pistachio Ice Cream, but Huawei Poland may well have confirmed, unofficially, what will be his name.

According to a customer discussion with Huawei support, the name of the future system will be Android Pistachio (pistachio). It's not really dessert, just as Google used, but it sure fixes that P in beta. Also, it is not clear whether it will be the final name or just a surname used by Google and its partners until it releases the final version.

Until now, Google has gotten used to Android desert names, except Honeycomb (honeycomb). However, that version was for tablets and it was rather an experiment.

In February, Bloomberg speculated that it was Android Pistachio Ice Cream. This is not a great dessert, but at least it goes on that list. In the past, Google also used ice cream: Ice Cream Sandwich.

Otherwise, beyond the name that is, and is not important, Android P will have an extremely useful feature: wind down, to use the phone with measure. Wind down is a Do Not Disturb feature, but it's designed to make you leave the phone aside and "turn around" in the real world. It's ideal in the evening when bedtime approaches, but you still can not leave the phone on the table.

It can also be set to activate at a specific time. When the time comes, the function starts to change the background of the screen to gray, and the lack of colors should make you less dependent on the smartphone.
