Hello Matrix i think this problem happened because someone destroy you !

so to fix this problem you must change your cs you can download a version from here csget.me

1.Right-click on the CS shortcut from Desktop> Properties> -w 800 -h 600 you finally add to Target.

If it does not work, go to LIBRARY> CS right button> Properties> Set boot settings ...> -w 800 -h 600> fine> start.
2.would you tell us your game was bought by a steam, or you play with a downloaded version from a site

Hello
it may be that your graphical card does not support the size of the 1.6 cs since I reinstall the cs 1.6 can be cone configured automatically to the old look!
I suggest you reinstall your cs but not in the same location where the old cs was! so it may be that the cs open normal because also because of the destroy as the friend zeby says! he could see his graphic ops of your cs changed!

It is the same problem the solution is to restart his cs and to install in order that it is normal and not to have problems in his computer is the better thing
