OyaYansa
The battery is still a huge problem for the life of a mobile phone, however it is one of the main reasons for the change to a new device. Sometimes we do not understand why our mobile battery lasts so little, and that is because some of our applications are working in the background even without having used it in the last few hours. As it is not easy to locate which application drains our battery, now the future version of Android 8.1 will help us in the company. In this way, saving battery with Android 8.1 will be easier. The version of Android 8.1 for developers has discovered a new feature that, hopefully, reaches the final version in a few weeks. It is a system warning that tells us which applications of which we have installed in the device drain more battery than desired, either because it uses the geolocation at every moment or because it has some kind of defect. In this way, Android 8.1 will help us save battery in our mobile phone thanks to a notice in the battery section in configuration. If we observe that our battery level, suspiciously, has decreased in the last hours, we can access the section 'Battery' in 'Configuration' to discover the cause. At this time, if there is an application that drains more battery than it should, it will be marked with a red icon. If we click on this application, the system will recommend us to take an action to solve the problem, in most cases inviting us to deactivate the geolocation requested by the relevant application, although other factors may exist. Hopefully the final version of the Android 8.1 retains this feature to avoid further problems with the battery of the mobile phone in Android.
