Download Teamspeck3 which is supportable with your Operating system. Check it ! Firstly , The Better way is to Re-installing it in installation process you have to disable your windows defender [Control Panel - Windows Defender - Turn Off] and other security softwares. either way try this POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS Install the latest Windows updates for your system. You don't have to install optional updates. Try to download and install the right "Visual C++ Redistributable" again and please reboot after setup.
