Hello , 

Remove your map zm_fox_v3.bsp from Cstrike/maps and then let the server download your map! 

If that doesnt help you pm me on forum we can solve it together!

the same problem with map zm_deko2 is showing the same problem  i will delete it from  from Cstrike/maps and if u don't know how to delete map
