To Link your Steam account : 

Visit Profile > Account Settings > Steam.  Upon linking your profile, return to to your main profile.   If your profiles is still not present, use the menu to the right to manually update your profile cache.  

Otherwise 

Click Edit Profile above.  Find the Steam ID custom profile field and provide it with your Steam ID.

Valid Steam Input format for Profile Field:

• Steam Name: steamcommunity.com/id/XXXXXXXXX/  Where XXXXXXXXX is your Steam Name
• 17 digit Steam ID: ex. 76561197961234567
• Old school Steam ID: ex. STEAM_0:0:1234567

Hello. 

try to go to édit profil , then you will find steam , open the link of your steam in steam community , copy the name (like me its logincsbd) and wait for sôme minutes , then go to steam and on your profil , and update it , i hope its working

Look first you have to do :

Go to your profile look for Edit profile in your profile ( you find it in the top of left corner) press it

go to Profile Information,Steam , remove the current name as i show you in photo 

Then Save it

Second: 

As you see steam profile have removed it will be easily to add one like first time and you know the steps

Finnaly : your new steam link have been uplaoded

(don't forgot to open a new tab of your profile when u remove the current name )
