Help -problem with forum

sorry guys but each page that i want open it make 1 hours for me i really couldn't copy paste the model . Guys when i open forum i see this when i click in any page or topic i see this and my only solution is i click and back again click that i be able to go in after long minutes please tell me what is the problem .? other don't have this problem who's i asked them.and please if any one canexplain me how i use that Romanian VPN because i don't know hat language.. picture -->

You are not the only one who is having this problem. I myself I get sometimes the pages to hangout and cause the same error.It will be fixed, no worries. Just clean the cache of your browser, refresh the page ans that's all you can do for now. The vpn will not help you.I am from Romania and I have the same issue. Just be patient, it will be ok.
