  2. A revolution is taking place in world finance, and it appears that the world is sound asleep. Investment entities owned by nations are rapidly forming in the world. These entities are called Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs). While the SWFs started out by investing in purely corporate debt, the SWFs have begun investing in equities, bonds (both private and government) and commercial real estate. With SWFs capital increasing, the economic power eventually will translate into political power in global politics. The term sovereign wealth fund was first coined by Andrew Rozanov in his article “Who holds the wealth of nations?” Sovereign wealth funds are a state-owned investment fund or entity that are funded primarily by: balance of payments surpluses; official foreign currency operations; proceeds from selling state lands to private entities; rent of state land to private corporations or individuals; taxes on corporations extracting mineral resources from state-owned lands; and fiscal surpluses and receipts resulting from resource exports. The first recognized sovereign wealth fund is the Kuwait Investment Authority. The fund was established in 1953 with profits from the sale of Kuwaiti oil. The objective of the fund is to preserve wealth and to allow Kuwait to transition from an oil-exporting economy to a newer and more stable source of income for Kuwait and its po[CENSORED]tion. While seeking to promote greater accountability of sovereign wealth funds, the Principles are voluntary and there is no enforcement mechanism. The Financial and Political Power of National SWFs China’s recent military buildup and seizure of the Philippine’s Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) in the South China Sea has been made easier by the success of China’s SWFs. The cost of the artificial island Fiery Cross Reef is estimated to have cost China $11.5 billion. The latest known increase in military spending for China was $13.3 billion, easily financed by CIC’s earnings from 2017. The Investment Corporation of Dubai has been using DP World, which it purchased in 2006, to expand its political and military presence in the sensitive geopolitical area of the Gulf coast and Somaliland. DP World has purchased a 30-year concession, with a 10-year automatic extension, in the Port of Berbera on the Red Sea in the Republic of Somaliland. Berbera is located just across from Yemen, with the strategic Bab-el-Mandeb Strait in between them. Some 4 million barrels of oil pass through these straights daily. The UAE military is training the Somaliland military and establishing a naval base in the port. DP World is also developing the port of Bosaso in Puntland, another breakaway region of Somalia, and is currently considering investing in a third port in Barawe. The Russian Sovereign Wealth Fund, the National Wealth Fund, has a valuation of $174.9 billion. Using its SWF, Russia has been following a policy of gaining influence in what they call the “Middle Eastern and North African” countries, aka MENA. The Russian goal is to increase its economic and political ties with the Persian Gulf states rich with oil. With sanctions from the West cutting off Russia’s ability to borrow capital, Russia is dipping into the $174.9 billion pension fund to help fund Russian banks and to keep them afloat. The Russian’s also have the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) The RDIF was created to assist foreign companies invest in Russia without the entanglements of going through the Russian bureaucracy. The RDIF was responsible for the research into a Covid-19 vaccine, Sputnik V. The Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund he Norwegian Government Pension Fund is in reality two different funds. There is the Government Pension Fund Global (GPFG) and the Government Pension Fund Norway (GPFN). The GPFG is that part of the fund that invests in equities worldwide, along with government and corporate bonds and real estate investments, again worldwide. The GPFN invests in Scandinavian countries and in equities that are listed in the Oslo stock exchange. Both of the funds are managed by the Norges Bank. The Government Pension Fund Global earned $180 billion in 2019. Nicolai Tangen, the CEO of the Norwegian Government Pension Fund, has signaled a dramatic change in its philosophy on investing in stocks, bonds, and land worldwide. Tangen is the founder of AKO Capital, a multi-billion-dollar investment company, and one of the largest investment banks in Europe. Tangen, in an interview with the Financial Times, said that “his role is to create a ‘safe area’ where people in the fund can take risks.” Given Tangen’s performance as an investment manager at AKO Capital, it can safely be assumed that the investment policies of the world’s largest sovereign wealth fund will be more aggressive in the investment of its assets in the world market in the near future. In 2021, the fund placed the private beer company Kirin on its watch list because of the governing military junta ties to this company. The fund is closely watching Kirin’s plans to end its manufacturing of Kirin beer in Myanmar. The fund has publicly stated that it would dissolve its stake in Kirin should Kirin continue to operate manufacturing facilities in Myanmar. Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) was first established in 1971 and is currently valued at $360 billion. At first, PIF invested in conservative causes, but this has changed. In the first quarter of 2020, the PIF poured $7.7 billion into blue-chip stocks such as Citigroup, Facebook, and the oil firm Total, but sold these stocks in the second quarter to take advantage of the higher prices of these company’s stocks and bonds. PIF invested $4.7 billion into exchange-traded funds. In July of 2020, the PIF boosted its public markets team by hiring Maziar Alamouti, the former head of Quilter Investors, a wealth management firm. According to a senior Gulf banking manager, executives at PIF are engaging in more equity analyst calls and are using global brokers to execute trades at their direction. In 2020, PIF had a return on investment of 7% and expects to expand the value of the fund to nearly $1.9 trillion by 2030. In order for PIF to achieve this ambitious goal, the fund will have to take risks normally associated with a private investment bank. Possible Economic Consequences of the Rise of Sovereign Wealth Funds The rise, and now evolving nature of sovereign wealth funds, pose a new wrinkle in financial investments in business capital markets worldwide. One of the effects of the more pro-active investment activities of sovereign wealth funds is the economic concept of “crowding out.” While the term crowding out has typically been used to define government spending driving down private sector spending, the rising commercial investments by sovereign wealth funds globally will eventually crowd out the private investment banks by undercutting their ability to compete in the intermediation of capital worldwide. With private investment capital unable to compete with a national sovereign wealth fund, various funds have the possibility of evolving into entities competing for power and influence on the world stage, thereby increasing the chances of open warfare among nation-states who wield power through their sovereign wealth fund. The ability of a sovereign wealth fund to bring large amounts of capital to bear in private investment also brings with it an implicit ability to pressure foreign governments to support the parent company of any sovereign wealth fund in political matters. While the United States has a protective measure against such pressure in the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), which was recently reformed and strengthened by the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018 (FIRRMA), the question has to be asked do the other modern economies of the world have the same protections in place? While the EU has adopted regulations for some protection against outside investors, EU regulations only suggest that member states review foreign investment in their respective economies. It is not inconceivable that a sovereign wealth fund, such as the Saudi or the Chinese sovereign wealth fund might be used to pressure governments currently friendly to the United States to oppose a political initiative that would bring about an unfavorable result to the standing of the United States on the world political stage. CFIUS would not be able to affect such a scenario. [The Rise of the Sovereign Wealth Funds And How They Are Affecting Global Politics - Modern Diplomacy]

GM Authority has now learned this package will also be extended to the sportier 2023 Cadillac CT5-V, giving buyers of the more performance-focused sedan another way to personalize the vehicle. Tagged with RPO code PDJ, the Bronze Accent Package will add the following equipment to the 2023 Cadillac CT5-V (relevant RPO codes listed in parentheses): 20-inch Black wheels with Bronze accents (RPO SKW) Decals (RPO 5K2) Bronze center cap (RPO 5ZD) Black wheel lug nuts (RPO SPY) Black wheel locks (RPO SPZ) Pricing for this new-for-2023 cosmetic package has not yet been confirmed by GM. We’re also still awaiting photos of the 2023 Cadillac CT5-V equipped with the above-mentioned bronze accented wheels and trim components. Production of the 2023 Cadillac CT5-V, as well as the closely related CT4-V, will begin on July 11th, 2022. Production will once again take place at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan, where the four-door is also built alongside the standard Cadillac CT5 and CT4, as well as the Chevy Camaro sports coupe. Power in the 2023 Cadillac CT5-V will continue to come from the twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 LGY gasoline engine, rated at 360 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque. The LGY engine mates exclusively to the GM 10-speed automatic transmission in the sedan, feeding either a rear-wheel drive system or all-wheel drive system. On a somewhat related note, GM has also decided to make the Driver Assist Package optional on the 2023 Cadillac CT5-V. Another key change in store for the 2023 CT5-V is the addition of three new exterior paint colors, which replaced three outgoing hues. 4. Going to the gym is hard. Like no shit sherlock, that's such an obvious statement. Do better, Raashi. But what if reading this could help you just a little bit on your journey to health? That's worth the effort, right? So I'd urge you to browse through till the end on this one. It might just change your life. (No literally dude, it'll help you live longer). Here are 9 fitness tips that'll help you drag your ass to the gym: 1. Dil tod do apna Aren't all gym bros/sisses members of the lonely hearts club? If you're not, then share tips, please! If you're insecure, broken-hearted or feeling a wee bit low on self-love, exercise could help you reconnect with yourself and restore some of that much-needed "yas kween" energy 2. Put on your most fly fit Research claims that our brains are susceptible to “enclothed cognition,” a technical way of saying that dressing for the part can help fuel your ambition to complete a chosen task. If nothing else works, at least you'll hit the gym to take a cute picture of your outfit and maybe (big maybe) you'll find the will to squeeze in a workout or two? 3. Find yourself a workout bestie The sole purpose of a gym bestie is to keep you hyped enough to push yourself and grounded when you're trespassing into the dangerous waters of ego lifting. But there are a few ground rules we need to set. A workout bestie can only be your bestie within the premises of the workout space. You meet, you talk about your goals, achievements, failures etc, you exercise, you go home for the day and don't see them again. The max you can depart from the proximity of your workout is maybe sharing a cheat meal or two. If you bond any more than that, then they're your real bestie and not your gym bestie and this theory doesn't work. Okay, okay enough goofing around. Let's get real. 4. Discipline > Motivation The harsh reality is that you're not going to be motivated all the time, no matter what tactics you employ. There are some days all odds are going to be against you, some days when you don't want to get out of bed, some days when you just want to pointlessly binge on pizza. It's a you v/s you fight. Your consistency and your discipline are what's going to have to push you. If you can resist the urges and show up to your workout - those are the days that count the most. Staying fit is not just about physical, but also mental strength. Of course, there are exceptions. You're a human being! Skip your workout once in a while and go out with your friends or enjoy a scrumptious meal. But when the exception becomes a pattern, that's when it becomes a problem. 5. Remember why you started Question yourself. Why do you want to get fit? Maybe it is to lose weight or look different or get stronger or blow off some steam. Remember that goal and if it's worth going the extra mile over. The human body is amazing. With some regularity and hard work, you have no idea of all the amazing things you can accomplish. Go test it! 6. There is no right way to workout No one said there is a one-stop shop for ultimate fitness. If they did, they're a scam and you get the hell away from them. If going to the gym fatigues you, feels like a chore or doesn't psychologically stimulate you, then irrespective of the physical goals you can accomplish, it's not the right workout for you. Find something that's fun, that's exciting and makes you want to leap out of bed. How about picking up a sport instead? 7. Stick to basics But once you do find an activity you like, don't fall prey to the gimmicks and fads that some ultra pro gym bro told you is a "secret tool" or "hidden gem" or some bullshit like that. That dude has dedicated his entire life to fitness. Have you? The fundamentals are fundamentals for a reason. Focus on increasing performance and not trying a million different things. Better explained in the video below: 8. Play the long game Don't jump into the world of crash diets, extreme caloric deficits, hyper-exhaustive movements and overall unnecessarily complicated stuff. You don't need to work out six days a week. It can be three days, gradually moving onto four and then more. Start slow and go steady. It's a lifelong commitment, not a temporary phase. Therefore if it's not sustainable, it will never work. 9. Pick the right people to guide you The coaches and nutritionists that you seek advice from are what make it or break it. Seek out people who are as invested in your journey as you are. In short, the name of the game is consistency. Not every workout has to be perfect, you just need to show up and try your best. 6. PDP on Tuesday staged a protest demonstration against the BJP over alleged association of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist Talib Hussain with the saffron party and demanded a high level probe against the leadership for facilitating his entry without verification of his antecedents. Dozens of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) activists led by General Secretary Amrik Singh Reen came out from party headquarters at Gandhi Nagar and staged a protest to denounce the BJP for facilitating the entry of the dreaded LeT terrorist and also assigning him a top post. Hussain along with his associate Faisal Ahmad Dar were overpowered by the villagers of remote Tukson Dhok in Reasi district early Sunday and later handed over to police. Two AK assault rifles, a pistol, seven grenades and a large quality of ammunation were recovered from them. Some pictures emerged on social media purportedly showing Hussain with BJP leaders. One of the pictures shows J-K BJP president Ravinder Raina purportedly presenting him with a bouquet and a letter issued by party leader Sheikh Bashir on May 9, assigning him the responsibility of new IT and social media incharge of Minority Morcha (Jammu province). The BJP has denied that Hussain was an active member of the party and claimed that he introduced himself as a reporter of a news portal and visited the party headquarters as part of a Pakistani conspiracy to target the party leaders. “They are misleading the people by making false claims. The reality is that he was a member of the BJP and was heading its IT and social media of its minority community cell,” PDP spokesperson Varinder Singh Sonu told reporters. Sonu questioned Hussain's presence in the meeting with the Union Home Minister Amit Shah and said “if going by the leaks in the social media, his presence in the BJP was a big threat to the national security.” He said this is the same BJP which was providing nationalist certificates to the people and defaming other parties for being close to terrorists. “Had the LeT terrorist been affiliated with any other party, BJP would have gone all out to press for banning of that party and arrest of the leadership. His pictures with Ravinder Raina (J&K BJP chief) and other leaders demand a high level probe and resignation of the party leaders for facilitating entry of such a terrorist in the party,” Sonu said. The PDP leader said while one Hussain was exposed, who knows how many more such terrorists are present in the BJP. As the protest was going on, a group of PDP youth activists led by their vice president Rajat Gupta made an attempt to march towards the nearby Jammu-Airport road amid chanting of anti-BJP slogans. However, police personnel who were deployed in strength stopped the protesters at the main road and later pushed them back. Later, the protesters returned to the PDP headquarters peacefully. 7. Italian luxury motorcycle brand Ducati has launched its Streetfighter V4 SP in India. The 1,103cc naked street-fighter is priced at Rs 34.99 Lacs (Ex-Showroom). The Ducati V4 SP joins the standard and the S variants of its street-fighter clan in India with a starting price tag of at least Rs 14 lakh higher than the standard edition. The bookings have commenced across its dealerships in India. Here, we discuss the top five things we need to know about the V4 SP (Sport Production): Ducati V4 SP: Design and Colours The bike embraces a Ducati Corse motorcycles-inspired “winter-test” livery, the same that gets used in MotoGP and SBK Championships during the pre-season testings. It also dons an amalgamation of matte black fairings and matte carbon wings, giving it an aesthetic upgrade as it contrasts with the bright red accents and sparkling brushed aluminum tank. Giving it a touch of its Bologna origins, the carbon wings come embellished with the Italian flag color scheme. Ducati V4 SP: Engine Specifications The Streetfighter V4 SP is powered by the 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale, 90°-V4 layout engine that delivers 205bhp at 13,000 rpm and a torque of 123 Nm at 9,500 rpm. The bike comes with an aluminum-made STM EVO-SBK dry clutch, which guarantees effective anti-hopping function, greater fluidity and the opportunity to customize the “mechanical”engine brake level, by choosing a secondary spring available in the Ducati Performance catalog. Ducati V4 SP: Electronic Package The electronics package on the Streetfighter V4 SP is based on a 6-axis Inertial Unit (6D IMU – Inertial Measurement Unit), capable of detecting the bike’s roll, yaw, and pitch angle in space. In addition, the electronics package includes controls to manage all riding phases, from the start to acceleration and braking, traction, through the corners and out: • ABS Cornering Bosch EVO • Ducati Traction Control EVO 2 (DTC EVO 2) • Ducati Slide Control (DSC) • Ducati Wheelie Control EVO (DWC EVO) • Ducati Power Launch (DPL) • Ducati Quick Shift up/down EVO 2 (DQS EVO 2) • Engine Brake Control EVO (EBC EVO) • Ducati Electronic Suspension EVO (DES EVO) Ducati V4 SP: Chassis The Streetfighter V4 SP has Marchesini forged magnesium wheels for better stability. It allows for a weight saving of 0.9 kg compared to the forged aluminum wheels of the Streetfighter V4 S, providing a significant reduction of moment of inertia, which results in an increased agility and lightness when changing direction. The braking system consists of two 330 mm diameter Brembo discs at the front, featuring racing-derived pistons equipped with ventilation holes, which improve the stability of the lever stroke. The V4 SP also has adjustable rider foot pegs in machined aluminum with carbon heel guards. The SP model shares its suspension components with the Streetfighter V4 S version. Unlike the S version, the new machine has the same Panigale V4 springs and hydraulics. The only difference is a fork spring preload reduced from 11mm to 6mm. Ducati V4 SP: Price and Rivals The Ducati V4 SP has been priced at Rs 34.99 Lacs (Ex-Showroom) in India and currently has no rivals, given its price tag that speaks for its features. 8. Felling slugging, bored, and tired all the time has become a common complaint these days. This could be due to various reasons, including certain lifestyle habits like not sleeping enough, consuming junk food, and lack of adequate physical activity. To help you, nutritionist Lovneet Batra took to Instagram to share the “certain lifestyle choices that may impact your fatigue and boost your energy levels”. Verified Feeling sluggish, tired, and sleepy all the time? Well, there are certain lifestyle choices that may impact your fatigue and boost your energy levels. 👉Fix your sleep quality: The biggest and perhaps the most obvious reason you might be feeling tired is not getting enough sleep. Sleep deprivation impacts far more than how “awake” you feel and can affect your mood, memory, and cognitive performance. So, make sure that you clock in at least seven hours a day. 👉Eat for Energy: A great way to boost your energy is to fuel your body with quality nutrients. •Magnesium (banana/pumpkin seeds) one of the most abundant minerals in the body and is involved with muscle and nerve function, blood glucose control, and energy production •B-vitamins (whole grains, leafy greens) help the body to use the energy-yielding nutrients for fuel, and without B-group vitamins the body lacks energy. •Vitamin D (mushrooms/egg yolk/sunlight) is vital for making our muscles work efficiently and boosting energy levels •Iron (chana/amaranth/peanuts) Inadequate intake of iron can also result in fatigue because iron’s main role is to help your red blood cells transport oxygen throughout the body 👉Know the right workout for the body: Adding physical activity to your routine fights fatigue and increases your energy levels. Also, exercising can lead to higher brain dopamine levels, which helps elevate mood. But often our exercise programme falls by the wayside to boredom, leaving you lethargic, hence always choose exercise/workout that suits the best for you and your body. 👉 Practice Meditation: Constant distractions rob us of our mental energy. Meditation is hailed as instant energy booster, it can help soothe anxiety and stress, calm the mind, and give you a better insight into your thoughts and feelings. According to her, here are some tips that can help. Fix your sleep quality The biggest and perhaps the most obvious reason you might be feeling tired is not getting enough sleep. 9. Nearly 10,000 retail grocery and warehouse workers for Loblaw will hold a strike vote this week, citing contract concerns with “pay, fairness and equity.” The workers are employed at 28 Superstores and three distribution warehouses across the province and are members of the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 247. “These are inflationary times, and our members have been called pandemic heroes,” said Dan Goodman, union chapter president, in a Sunday news release. “We all see what groceries are costing these days, and our members are putting those items on the shelves.” Global News has reached out to Loblaw for comment on this story and will update it when a response is received. According to UFCW’s news release, union members rejected an initial offer from Loblaw in April with 97 per cent of members having voted in favour of a strike in May. Loblaw then returned with a better offer, including signing bonuses for all employees, an improved and unified wage scale benefitting 6,500 employees, and greater wage increases for long-term senior staff. Goodman described it as a “substantially improved” offer, but said the union will set up picket lines if it is turned down. Loblaw has notified its bargaining committee that if that happens, it will issue a corresponding lockout notice. Union members’ votes will be counted on Friday and the results will be posted on its website. The union said thousands of local members have registered for picket duty and hundreds have received union picket captain training. The BC Labour Relations Code requires 72 hours notice for a strike vote, but UFCW said Loblaw is likely to seek an extension of that timeframe as the dispute would involve perishable goods. 11. Alberta Premier Jason Kenney has indicated his United Conservative government will reveal details next week about additional support to help people deal with high inflation. Earlier this week when Finance Minister Jason Nixon announced a $3.9 billion surplus at the end of the 2021-22 fiscal year ending March 31, Nixon said one of the goals was to examine further ways to help Albertans get through the current stretch of rising prices. The province already cut its share of the gasoline tax earlier this spring and $150 in electricity rebates will soon flow to cushion the impact of inflation. On Saturday, while responding to a question about inflation that was put to him by a caller on his provincewide phone-in radio show on CHQR and CHED, Kenney said there will be an announcement about more support, which he believed would come this week. He did not elaborate on what the measures might be, and a spokesman did not immediately respond when emailed for details. Kenney told his radio audience there are several explanations for high inflation, including federal monetary policy and large federal deficits, as well as energy shortages linked to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. “Anyone who says there’s just one simple explanation is fibbing,” Kenney said. “I think most of the experts hope, or project, this will start to come off next year, but we’re probably in for a few more months of high inflation.” Kenney said he agreed with federal Conservative leadership contender Pierre Poilievre’s assertion that the Bank of Canada was fueling inflation by, as Kenney put it, “printing tens and tens of billions of dollars of new fiat currency.” Poilievre has threatened to fire Bank of Canada governor Tiff Macklem if elected prime minister. Alberta’s bread-and-butter oil and natural gas industries have soared in recent months as global economies ramped up while pandemic measures receded and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine disrupted worldwide energy supply. Nixon said another plan for the windfall is to build up the province’s $18.7 billion savings nest egg — the Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund. Shannon Phillips, finance critic for the Opposition NDP, said after the windfall was announced that the government is failing to deliver on promised funding for a range of public services, from education to ambulance response. Kenney said Saturday that the surplus wouldn’t have occurred if his government hadn’t “exercised spending restraint.” “One of the problems in modern Alberta is when we get an oil boom, we track our spending up and we spend what comes in. And then when our revenues come down, taxpayers are left holding the bag with debt,” he said. [Kenney suggests details on inflation support could come next week | Globalnews.ca]

VILLUPURAM: Around 50 farmers from northern districts participated in a two-day exhibition on organic paddy seeds, and traditional food festival held in Villupuram on Saturday and Sunday. The fourth year of this exhibition saw ryots imparting their wisdom on organic farming, battling climate change to young farmers. The exhibition displayed 460 varieties of traditional seeds of paddy, pulses and medicinal herbs. Moreover, about 39 varieties of organic seeds of vegetables were up for sale, including organic seeds of tomatoes, ladies finger and drumstick. Apart from seeds, natural fodder for cattle with enhanced levels of protein and nutrients were also sold. "Over 10 years, I have collected all 460 varieties of paddy from farmers across eight States at such seed festivals," says Kavidhai Ganesan, a former food officer from Cuddalore. Ganesan had 108 seeds of medicinal herbs. "The exhibition targeted students and the younger generation," he said. Ganesan's sample had the scientific name of the species and the common name. A note on the medicinal property of the species was also placed. He said that during his service as a Food Officer, he had presented the trainees with 50 varieties of seeds. Over the last decade, Ganesan mastered the collection of seeds. "Around 1,500 people visited the exhibition. On Sunday, 500 people enjoyed traditional food that we served for `50 a plate. We hope that the food festival will help us deliver the idea of healthy farming and eating to people, in a way they will understand" said Pandiyan, one of the organisers. Apart from the seeds, natural organic fodder for cattle made an appearance in the event. Unlike natural fodder fed to cattle, this naturally processed food has protein, said Kumar, a representative of RGS Kamadhenu cattle food company. "Natural food like paddy hay, legumes and straw are fed separately to the cattle which has relatively low protein content compared to naturally processed protein pellets. We produce the pellets by collecting raw ingredients, boiling them and piping out small pellets. The protein in pellets for cows is 16% more than the raw feed. Because the food is boiled before processing, it disinfects the feed making cattle less susceptible to common diseases." K Govindharajan, a farmer who visited the exhibition said, "These kinds of exhibitions and festivals are conducted mostly in Chennai and other cities. But it is positive that small towns with the majority of the agricultural po[CENSORED]tion also get to witness festivals on organic farming." He added that he bought organic seeds of tomatoes, brinjal, bitter gourd, drumstick and some greens. [Organic food festival in Villupuram sows seeds for healthy lifestyle- The New Indian Express]
