[EN] Dacia 1300 with limousine equipment. With this description, a young man from Craiova is trying to sell a Dacia 1300 for over 6,000 euros. And it's not just any car: it opens with voice control, it has an interior with a display and a start button instead of a key. He has already received an offer from Germany, but he is still waiting a bit, maybe he will get a much better price than the one put up for sale. The order is given by phone: "Dacia closes!" TAC! And the car is closed. Mihnea is a last year student at a high school in Craiova and is passionate about automation. He received a Dacia 1300 from his grandparents, which he turned into a car that could compete with many modern cars. Now, only the exterior shape is reminiscent of the old Romanian car. The car opens with voice control, has a display inside and a start button instead of a key. The windows rise on their own when the doors are closed, and the trunk opens by remote control. Admitted to a college in England thanks to a Dacia 1300 "I have invested a lot in interior comfort. I went with it every day when I got the license, because it was my first car. I put on a BMW interior. It didn't fit at first and we made some more changes ", explains Mihnea Dinică, the unique car owner. With the design of this car, he took the eliminatory test at a college in England where he will go in the fall. The car is now for sale. - How old is the car? asks a curious man. - 45. Look at 45! says another. - Extraordinary! Romanian thing. I didn't care. This was both the car of the rich and the car of the poor. - Would you pay 6,000 euros for such a car? - It's worth it! Mihnea was also sought after by car enthusiasts in Germany, but he hopes to get a good price here in Romania as well.

[EN] Most people who are addicted to smoking say that they have reached this point out of curiosity or pure chance. Becoming addicted to nicotine is simple, and this is reinforced by the growing number of teenagers who are smokers at an early age. The real challenge is to give up classic cigarettes, an effective help in this regard being the electronic cigarette that can be purchased from any specialty store. Electronic cigarettes have proven to be much more effective in the fight against smoking classic cigarettes than other products such as patches, chewing gum or certain pills that promise such a result. Vaporizers have become known in our country since 2014, and until now they have become an accessory that many use to quit smoking and the harmful effects of classic cigarettes. There are a lot of reasons why you should start using an electronic cigarette despite the classic ones, from the smell of steam to the design of the vaporizers. We all know that a cigarette does not have the most pleasant smell. Moreover, people who have never tried to smoke have a better developed smell and will not tolerate burnt tobacco. The smoke of the classic cigarette remains soaked in the smoker's clothes and causes him a bad breath. All these negative effects are not produced by vaporizers. Using a flavored electronic cigarette liquid, when you release the steam from the lungs, it will have a pleasant smell, most of the time of a fruit. Breathing will no longer be hard to bear by the people around you, and the clothes will not borrow from the smell of the device. Details you need to know before entering an electronic cigarette store If you want to give up classic cigarettes with the help of an electronic cigarette, before ordering a kit at random, you must document yourself enough about what vaping entails. Each model is different, and an electronic cigarette that is far too powerful or that releases a large amount of steam may be unsuitable for a beginner. The same thing happens with a weaker e-cigarette when used by an experienced vaporizer. How should you choose the battery of an electronic cigarette? The battery is what makes the vaping experience suitable for a beginner or an experienced person. Depending on the number of milliamps, the electronic cigarette will release a greater or lesser amount of steam. In other words, a small battery will be suitable for a novice smoker in this world or for someone who used to smoke a maximum of 1 pack of cigarettes a day. You must also take into account the frequency with which you want to use an e-cigarette when you enter an electronic cigarette store. The more often you want to use the device, the more powerful a battery you need. Also, ask a representative of such a store about the time required to load. Most e-cigarette models come in a kit that contains two batteries so you don't end up with a completely discharged cigarette and you can't use it when you want it most. You can find out a lot of other details about this topic, all you have to do is ask the questions you have to a representative of an electronic cigarette store or have discussions with experienced firefighters. What you need to know about the charger? Depending on the electronic cigarette model you choose, you will also receive a charger to use when you run out of battery. Most of the kits contain a USB charger, and this allows you to charge the e-cigarette both in the car and in your own home or with the help of an external battery. It is important to mention that when charging you do not have to add electronic cigarette liquid and use the cigarette. Use the second battery if the chosen model allows it. Manual or automatic electronic cigarette? In this chapter the choice belongs to each vaper separately. Many people who use vaporizers want an automatic cigarette because it gives them more freedom, but that does not mean that the manual one is difficult to use. The difference between the two models is represented by a button that, in the case of manual cigarettes, the user must press to inhale the steam resulting from the heating of a liquid for the electronic cigarette. If you are interested in purchasing an electronic cigarette with which you can get rid of the habit of classic cigarettes, do not hesitate to find answers to your questions from specialists. Smokemania.ro is the online store that offers you a wide range of products for steamers, all of high quality and at reasonable prices.

[EN] Social Liberal Platform disintegrates: Ilan Laufer and Alexandru Coita announce that they are going on separate political paths The co-presidents of the Social Liberal Platform (PSL), Ilan Laufer and Alexandru Coita, announced on Monday, each on his Facebook account, that they will go on different political paths. "Dear friends, I started the PSL project with Alexandru Coita, in December 2019, motivated by the desire to learn from the mistakes of the past and to carry out a country project that would transform Romania. Both Alex and I put all our energy, expertise and enthusiasm into the service of this political project. And your response was overwhelming, exceeding all our expectations and convincing us that Romanians are waiting for new political projects that meet the needs and expectations of our society. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 crisis has hit families, communities and our entire country unprepared, transformed our lives and turned all political thinking so far upside down. After several months of intense consultations, Alex and I came to a series of important conclusions. First of all, we found that Romania continues to face an acute lack of ideas and solutions from the political class. A good part of the Romanians are not represented and there is a need for as many new projects as possible to break the monopoly of the big parties. Secondly, we have found that there is no universally valid solution to the current crisis. Romanians must have more formulas, more options. Only from the dialogue of ideas and solutions can the best policies for the country be born. Alex and I have developed different visions of crisis response in recent months. There are complementary visions, which can be implemented within separate country projects, through which to respond to the drought of ideas and projects on the Romanian political market. Therefore, we decided by mutual agreement to continue our work in separate political parties, but with the same common goal: to bring about the change for the better that Romanians deserve and need. I wish Alex a lot of success in his future actions, I am confident that he will continue to build with the same energy and good faith and I am convinced that we will cooperate whenever the common interest demands it ", wrote Ilan Laufer on his page Facebook. Alexandru Coita also published an identical message.

[EN] Today we propose you to relax with 10 curiosities from the world of energy. Share them further and if you discover others, you can write to us on our Facebook page. The word "energy" comes from the Greek word "energy", which means activity, operation. The first person to use the word "energy" was the scholar Thomas Young, who replaced the previous term "living dream" and meant "living force." Thomas Edison built the first power plant called Pearl Street, located in Manhattan - United States, and in 1882 it provided energy for 85 buildings. Before it was considered a natural thing, electricity scared people. Moreover, parents did not let their children get close to the lights. Food contains energy, which we measure in calories or joules (1 horse ~ 4,184 J) The energy we need to do 100 searches on Google is equivalent to that consumed by a 60 watt light bulb that lights up for 28 minutes. In other words, approximately 0.0003 kWh is used to answer a Google search. 50% of global energy consumption in 2016 belongs to only 5 countries, guess them or better we tell you: China, United States, Russia, India and Japan If a person shouted for 8 years, 7 months and 6 days, it would produce enough energy to heat a cup of coffee. J The largest wind turbine in the world is located in the US state of Hawaii. It is the height of a 20-storey building, and its slats are the length of a football field. Sunlight is beneficial, lifts our spirits and improves our professional activity at the office. Raise the blinds and let the sun make your life more beautiful. Be curious and take care of nature!

[EN] In order for the team you belong to to function properly, its members must have similar goals, mutual support, functional communication and collaboration. Only in this way, a team will be able to achieve its goals, and you, as a team participant, will be able to enjoy the results. What are the advantages of teamwork Teamwork has advantages both from a professional point of view, but also from a personal perspective. For a team to function, it must have effective communication between members, who come from certain backgrounds and can be quite different in personality. In this way, working in a team, you will succeed without wanting to interact with certain people and manage conversations, situations and approaches according to their way of being. Of course, this will also be beneficial in the interactions that will follow in everyday life, so not just at work. The members of a team will always help you to check a problem from various perspectives and, in this way, to find out which are the most suitable solutions to be able to solve it. The only thing you need to do is present their situation and visions and, by communicating with them, you will be able to discover approaches that you never thought of. Working with people, especially in a team, will always be useful for learning and improvement. A conflict can help you manage a certain similar future situation, a mistake can show you what not to do in the future. Each member of the team has a strength and you can enjoy working with him to follow his example and learn more. Also, in the team you learn how to be a loyal person, to appreciate this term but also to trust your teammates. In addition, your creativity is facilitated and you motivate yourself to be better because you realize that in the end you also contributed to success. The ability to work in a team is necessary wherever you want to work and can be developed if you feel that you do not really acquire this skill. Don't hesitate to communicate with and get closer to your team members, because this way it will be easier for you to work together effectively.

[EN] Heavy accusations in PSD, launched by a county chief: I am afraid that Vasile Dîncu wants to take power in the party with foreign help On Sunday, the leader of PSD Giurgiu, Marian Mina, asked Vasile Dîncu to apologize to the PSD organizations, which he offended by his statements and proposed him as a PSD candidate for Cluj-Napoca City Hall, in order to prove his qualities. The leader of PSD Constanța, Felix Stroe, also criticized Vasile Dîncu's statements. Former PSD Prime Minister Mihai Tudose also had a tough position. "I read with surprise in yesterday's media the value judgments with elitist pretensions of Mr. Vasile Dâncu, Transylvanian by origin, sociologist by profession and public intellectual by the goodwill of the press. In my capacity as a relatively young politician, who believes in modern social-democratic values and resolutely claims that Romania's chance for development is with PSD in power, I send the following to Mr. Dâncu: -Both Moldova and Transylvania were permanently represented in the party's leadership structures and there was even a philosophy of the party of equivalent policies in representing all historical regions. -If we look closely, including at the level of ministers, secretaries of state, heads of agencies, Transylvania and Moldova, but especially Transylvania, had occupied positions during the recent PSD governments, which, meritocratically speaking, did not justify the results obtained in elections. It is obvious that for some leaders in the west of the country the concept of meritocracy is one related, rather, strictly to the individual and not to organizational performance. -I am afraid that the phrase that Mr. Dâncu uses, that of “organizational culture” of PSD is one emptied of content or, more precisely, inappropriate and non-specific to our organization. In my naivete, I believed and still believe that this concept of organizational culture incubates, from a social-democratic perspective, the values of tolerance, mutual respect, collegial help, political performance and especially loyalty to the party. I am afraid that all these things are foreign to Mr. Dâncu and that his only desire is to seize, including with external help, power in the party. At the same time, I believe that a party or a politician is respected if he performs electorally and politically. The organizations further south of the Carpathians have proven, more than once, that they know how to perform and add PSD value. Therefore, I consider that Mr. Vasile Dâncu, through his statements, not only caused astonishment to the members and damage to the party's image, but also left the impression of a behavior dominated by intolerance, undemocratic thinking and regional discrimination. In conclusion, taking into account these things, I ask Mr. Dâncu for his public apologies for the insults brought to the PSD organizations in the south of the country! P.S. I totally agree with Mr. Mihai Tudose, I propose Mr. Vasile Dâncu to run for mayor of Cluj-Napoca, because the time has come to balance the rights and obligations of Mr. Dâncu, in relation to PSD.

[EN] Italy is not in the top ten coffee consuming countries. The country that invented espresso and the homeland of some of the largest producers in the field, and here we mention only Lavazza coffee or Illy coffee, is not in the top of countries with high coffee consumption. The top consists of less sunny countries: Finland, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Canada. And as "Winter is coming", be sure to stock up on coffee. Romania is not among the biggest consumers of coffee either, but we can say that more and more Romanians are learning to enjoy a good coffee. Coffee does not dehydrate. Indeed, caffeine has a slight diuretic effect, but it does not cancel out the amount of liquid contained in coffee. That doesn't mean you have to drink thirsty coffee, no matter how tempting it sounds. In any case, it is considered a good habit to accompany each cup of coffee with a glass of water. In the past, when coffee had not yet become known worldwide, people drank beer for breakfast. Most of us would not conceive of starting our day without coffee, but here that people resorted to other drinks at the first meal of the day. You seem to appreciate coffee even more now, don't you? Coffee was discovered by goats. Yes, it's a joke, but it also has a grain of truth, at least that's what the legend says. A farmer would have noticed that his animals are much more energetic after eating from the coffee trees on the pastures. Basically, goats benefited before humans from the invigorating effect of coffee beans. The name cappuccino comes from the Capuchin monks. Its color was similar to that of the clothes worn by the monks. And we who thought that things were upside down and that the order of the Capuchin monks was a group of fanatical consumers of cappuccino. About 40% of all coffee beans come from Brazil. Of course, an important factor is the climatic conditions, but there are other aspects related to know-how. More surprising is the second place in this top. The second largest coffee producer in the world is Vietnam, followed by Colombia, Indonesia and Ethiopia. Scientists have managed to produce biodiesel from coffee. We don't know why anyone would want to waste coffee to drive, but it's good to know that there is this option as well. In any case, any such initiative, meant to bring benefits to the environment, is commendable. In 1932, Brazil did not have enough funds to send its athletes to the Olympics. And what about coffee? Well, the athletes managed to cover their own expenses by selling coffee, and here we come back to point 5. One thing is certain, the coffee industry is a very important point in the Brazilian economy. Some tribes in Africa used to consume raw coffee as a dish. Thus, people enjoyed the benefits of this food ingredient, but in the meantime, they discovered that there are more appetizing ways to consume coffee. Certainly most of us have had the curiosity to nibble on a coffee bean at least once. Worldwide, over two billion cups of coffee are consumed every day. Well, there may be glasses of coffee, not just cups, but you get the idea.

[EN] The Florin Cîțu scandal, a VENGEANCE for the mega-file Murfatlar? One of the advisers of Prime Minister Ludovic Orban, Virgil Guran, declared on Saturday, on Antena 3, that the Prime Minister ordered the verification of the accusations brought against the Minister of Finance, Florin Cîțu. Cîțu was accused of disbanding a department in the ministry that was to be tried with his parents. In his statements, Virgil Guran slipped in an incendiary scenario: everything was actually related to a resounding case and Florin Cîțu was the victim of a settlement of accounts. "Related to revenge, it is the Murfatlar case and there are people with important positions in ANAF ... measures have been taken and it seems that ...", said the adviser of the prime minister Ludovic Orban. In 2016, DNA indicted Murfatlar SA and eight other companies for tax evasion of approximately 500 million lei. Prosecutors say it all happened with the support of eight heads of the Ministry of Public Finance and ANAF. For two years nothing has been heard of this file. At the beginning of this year, however, after the PNL came to power, things started to move. In January, judicial sources told STIRIPESURSE that DNA prosecutors investigating the "Murfatlar" economic mega-file had recently received financial-accounting expertise in the case. The case has stagnated at DNA in the last two years, amid the fact that the case prosecutors ordered several expertises, including the recently arrived one, the financial-accounting one. File of 500 million lei seizure In February 2017, the DNA prosecutors ordered, in the "Murfatlar" case, the measure of the insurance seizure on some goods, lands and factories for the production of alcoholic beverages up to the amount of approximately 500 million lei. According to DNA, the precautionary measure targets goods, land and three factories for the production of alcoholic beverages belonging to the defendants Murfatlar Romania SA, Euroavipo SA, Bartenders Distilleries SRL, IG Surveillance Company SRL, Hecta Viticol SRL and General Gas Management SRL. The factories are in Prahova, Buzau and Constanta. On November 11, 2016, DNA stated in a statement that anti-corruption prosecutors had charged, until then, 41 people (businessmen and officials from the Ministry of Finance and ANAF) and 9 companies in the case of tax evasion from Murfatlar, in which the damage amounts to 600 million lei through fraud in the field of production and sale of alcoholic beverages. Accusation charges The charges are of abuse of office if the civil servant has obtained for himself or for another an undue benefit, tax evasion and offenses related to tax evasion offenses. According to the communiqué, 9 legal persons were charged in the case, for tax evasion offenses and crimes related to tax evasion offenses, respectively SC Murfatlar Romania SA, SC Euroavipo SA, SC Bartenders Distilleries SRL, SC Visteria Industries SRL, SC Oana Management SRL, SC The Supervisory Company IG SRL, SC General Gas Management SRL, SC Dante's Management SRL and SC Hecta Viticol SRL. The prosecutors' ordinances show that there are data and evidence from which it results that, in the period 2010 - 2014, the companies Murfatlar Romania SA, Euroavipo SA and Bartenders Distilleries SRL, with activity of production and sale of alcoholic beverages, with the help of other mentioned companies, all companies owned, managed or actually controlled by the defendants George Ivănescu, Cătălin Bucura, Gheorghe Zlotea, Constantin Cîrciumaru, Gheorghe Cosmin Popescu, Cătălin Florian Vasilescu and Sorin Vasile Săvoiu, caused a total damage of 597,218,168 lei (approximately 132 million euros ) the state budget by evading the payment of fiscal obligations. Investigators claim that the criminal activity took place in the conditions in which certain civil servants within the competent fiscal and customs authorities either did not perform the acts to which they were obliged by their duties, or performed such acts in a defective manner. "Spiritual" deeds The causes of this damage, identified in this file, are: the authorization, in violation of the legal provisions, of three fiscal warehouses for the production of alcohol and alcoholic beverages owned by companies; evading the payment of value added tax on excise duties and other fiscal obligations by registering fictitious operations, which increased the deductible tax; the indulgence of civil servants who did not fulfill the acts to which they were obliged and did not order the measures provided by law to stop the activity of warehouses, although the companies registered monthly outstanding fiscal obligations, and their amount increased constantly. All on "free" In October 2016, George Ivănescu, a shareholder in the Murfatlar wine company, as well as shareholders or administrators in alcoholic beverage companies were arrested: Constantin Cîrciumaru, Cătălin Bucura, Gheorghe Zlotea, Gheorghe Cosmin Popescu, Cătălin Florian Vasilescu and Sorin Vasile Săvoiu. At the same time, Cristian George Lascu, former director of the Customs and Non-Fiscal Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance, was placed under house arrest; Irina Tănase, former head of the Authorizations Directorate within the National Customs Authority, and Ioan Toma, former general director of the General Legal Directorate within ANAF. At the same time, several directors from the Ministry of Public Finance and ANAF are being prosecuted, as well as the former Secretary of State Mariana Vizoli and the head of Antifraud, Daniel Diaconescu. In the two years of conducting the huge expertise in the case, all the defendants were released along the way.

These people may have some form of visual perception, if not complete vision. Vision disorders, or visual impairments, as we can call them, are not the same as complete vision loss. According to the World Health Organization, 15.88% of visually impaired people face total darkness or are blind. The rest, 84.12% have partial vision, such as color perception, light perception, movement or even shape perception. They are able to see through blurring or to varying degrees of distortion of the clear, real image. As you can see, there are countless ways to have poor eyesight and it is not a binary between sight and darkness. 2. Don't be ashamed because you have visual impairments. Many blind people report perceiving their visual impairment as a simple physical challenge, and do not see it as a reason to get depressed. In no case do I see it as a weakness or something to overshadow their daily joys. They do not consider being blind to the same thing as their identity. This group of people is as strong, magnificent and capable of wonderful things as any other normal and physically and mentally healthy group. The responsibility to change our attitude is at our discretion, each of us. So, the next time you think, "Oh, poor thing, he's blind!" Think about how you can change some deep-rooted prejudices that play an important role in your behavior when interacting with such people. 3. They do not always need permanent supervision Blind people are much more aware of their environment and need more freedom than they are entrusted with. They may need as much help as anyone else trying to get acquainted with a new place and learn a new technology. Those who face visual impairments do not depend in any way on others for their lives. They can lead an independent life. OrCam MyEye has an important contribution in this regard and we are proud of it! We recommend that you address all people with visual impairments in this way. If they need help, they will ask for it themselves. Many blind people are automatically perceived as disadvantaged. Ask them if they need help! Accept if the answer is "No". 4. They are not super-sensory and may not have more developed senses. From po[CENSORED]r culture we know that if one of a person's senses no longer works, the others become clearer. This is not necessarily true! Although blind people can rely more on their other senses, develop strong memories or be helped more by sound, for example, they do not have a sixth sense! However, there is evidence that blind people use a process called "echolocation," a process in which sound waves are used to determine the location and size of objects in a particular area. Dr. Gavin Buckingham says, "They will either snap their fingers or bite their tongues to jump over these sound waves, a skill often associated with bats, which use echolocation when flying." 5. They like to be spoken to normally You should not be reluctant to use a language around them that contains words that describe the visual such as: "Here!" "Look!", "See", "look". Why? They do not feel offended when they hear such words, and they may feel more strange if they realize that you are trying your best to avoid such language. 6. Interact in the same way as any of us with the environment Yes. People with visual impairments like to explore new places, go to movies or concerts, try new restaurants and even venture into the world of sports, practicing racing, snowboarding, trekking or skydiving. They are just as excited about the environment as we are. Their general condition depends on their personality. Some are introverted and prefer to spend their time alone, or in an environment they consider safe. Others are extroverted and proactive and look for different ways to interact with the world and the environment. 7. And they dream when they sleep! Their dreams are simply the way they live their daily lives. A rich mix of sensory landmarks. In a Danish study conducted in 2014, on a sample of 50 blind adults, 18% of participants (both blind at birth and with subsequent onset) reported tastings in at least one dream, compared with 7% of participants with blindness. visually impaired. Almost 30% of blind people reported smell in at least one dream. And almost 70% of participants reported touching and 86% hearing. However, the emotions and themes of their dreams are similar to those of people who have normal vision. 8. I perceive colors in unique ways Some people who experience visual impairments later in life are reported to perceive colors in the same way as people with normal vision. For those who cannot have a complex experience with different colors, relating to them by associating them with certain concepts is a solution. For example, fire associated with yellow or sky with blue. People with visual impairments associate colors with certain forms of energy: blue = cold, white = frozen, red = hot. Sometimes, they can only distinguish bright colors, having difficulty distinguishing dark blue from black or brown, or light pink from white. However, colors have a meaning for everyone, and people with disabilities or the blind understand it. 9. They are open to curiosities about their lives as blind people Maybe sometimes we don't know how to behave with blind people or we want to understand them better. Therefore, it is okay if we ask them about the experiences of their daily lives. The key is not to be curious, but just to have the goodwill to learn and appreciate the uniqueness, to be a person with visual impairments. As I said above, many such people do not consider themselves victims, but can give us interesting information about their lives. We just have to ask them. 10. Their success depends on how we look at them Psychologists say that the success in life, education and work of people with visual impairments depends on the expectations of those around them. But also the degree of positive attitude they have. The more we believe they are capable, the more they will be. Self-respect, self-esteem and self-image are partially formed through social interaction. Finally, let us remember that blindness is not a defect or a stigma. It's a feature, and Helen Keller's words perfectly describe this: "I can see, and that's why I can be happy, in what you call the dark, but which to me is golden. I can see a God-made world, not a manmade world. ” -
