Bro, it so easy you and don't need to re-install your cs Just open file location of your cs And go to cstrike/models/player and you will find frozen file or "frozen.mdl" then delete it and join server again it will auto download the model again and problem solved.

Bro, This "Your SteamID is already in use on this server" Its Means You Already in The Server ex:thomas(1) Or Someone Using Your Name is Inside The Server Just Retry With other Name And For This "STEAM validation rejected" Try Open Your CS File Location And Delete Name "steam_appid" And Then Try Join Server Again. #Peace
