It worked my PC turned on normal but with a very low resolution. But i want my PC to tun on by itself not by pressing f8. Any suggestion @Immortal^?

Thats an eassy way to solve this. Right click in your cs launcher and run it as administrator.

Go and Download new Cs version and it will be good to go.
