As is known, yesterday, Monday, the Ninth Constitutional Court declared well-founded an innovative
precautionary measure filed by Espinoza Valenzuela against the JNJ, following her suspension by the entity in charge of appointing judges and prosecutors.
In this regard, Ríos Patio indicated that "the Judiciary's ruling must be complied with," but announced that the JNJ will appeal the ruling.
In this regard, the judge noted that his entity had already been notified of the judicial decision and that "there is a deadline set in the same resolution of five days from the day of notification, which only begins today."
"Beyond the quality of the resolutions, the rule of law allows for this. It is the free play of the bodies empowered to issue that decision," he added.
