Ubisoft leaker ScriptLeaksR6 continues sharing information on Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, the open world action/adventure game in development at Massive Entertainment (The Division).Over the last couple of days, he tweeted that the game would feature a season pass, welcome pass, and currency packs, likely to be purchased with real money. This could likely be similar to the latest Assassin's Creed games, which also featured microtransactions, though they didn't really impact the gameplay in any way. Additionally, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is going to have some sort of online co-op feature, though the leaker couldn't elaborate further. In this case, it's possible Massive might be taking a cue from Far Cry, which includes two-player drop-in, drop-out co-op support.Either way, they're all elements geared toward a live service game, which is unsurprising since those games are the bread and butter of Ubisoft's lineup. ScriptLeaksR6 began a series of leaks on Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora when he shared that pre-orders would drop soon, featuring the so-called The Child of the Two Worlds Pack (one character cosmetic set and one weapon skin) bonus to entice customers.A few days later, the leaker published a couple of in-game screenshots on Twitter, though they have been since taken down by Ubisoft through DMCA action. The juiciest leak came just two days ago, though, when ScriptLeaksR6 shared the full product sheet of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. According to the info, the main character was abducted by the human RDA faction at a young age and trained to do their bidding. It is hinted that they were able to escape and will now fight back against the invaders. Character customization, upgrading skills, crafting gear and weapons were all confirmed as well. Weapon choices mentioned in the product overview include bow, spear-thrower, assault rifle, and shotgun. Aerial combat is in the game, too, and players will be able to use their personal banshee creature to soar the skies and explore far-off areas.Formerly scheduled to launch in 2022, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora was delayed to fiscal year 2023 and will now constitute the backbone of Ubisoft's lineup for the year, even more so should the rumors of Assassin's Creed Mirage and The Crew Motorfest delays be confirmed. Massive will likely showcase the gameplay of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora during the Ubisoft Forward event, which is due to take place on June 12th from an undisclosed Los Angeles venue. https://wccftech.com/avatar-frontiers-of-pandora-will-have-online-co-op-season-pass-and-currency-packs-says-leaker/

Samsung has discussed its plans to offer up to Petabytes of capacities in its SSDs with future 3D NAND tech though they may come after a decade Samsung Electronics reaching for penta-level cell scaling for its 3D NAND technology over the next ten years At this year's China Flash Memory Market Summit (CFMS2023), Samsung Electronics was in attendance, along with other prominent flash memory companies, such as Micron, Kioxa, Arm, Solidigm, Phison, and more. Samsung Electronics discussed with the audience the topic of "Re-evolution of Flash Memory and Towards a New Era." This discussion highlighted the company's capability of high-level memory capacities and the struggles with reaching such a high capacity with its 3D NAND flash memory. Kyungryun Kim, VP/GM of NAND Product Planning Group at Samsung Electronics, explained that three levels of technology — physical scaling, logical scaling, and package technology — are not only evolving but are theoretically capable of reaching capacities of one petabyte (PB), or 1,024 terabytes (TB). However, the company will not achieve that goal for another ten years by today's current technological standards. Additionally, the company is looking to utilize quad-level cell technology for more memory devices and focusing on making the technology more adept. While discussing the evolutionary pathways of reaching penta-level capacities, the company also displayed the PM1743 series PCIe 5.0 solid-state drive (SSD). The new PM1743 series is up to forty percent more energy efficient than previous models and has been tested to be compatible with Intel and AMD PCIe Gen 5 platforms. Samsung has always been somewhat quiet in discussing its technological advances, especially 3D NAND memory. The company is continuing to find ways of bringing quad-level cell 3D NAND devices to the public with a more extensive adoption rate. Samsung feels that focusing on newer controller technology will reach those goals. Currently, the company physically scales 3D NAND devices. However, the company would need to research logical scaling to have memory device access above one thousand layers. Logical scaling would allow for ramping up the number of bits of information stored within each cell. While the company has been quiet about its technology, rival Kioxia has been more transparent about its developments. The company introduced penta-level cell 3D NAND memory in 2019, which could store up to five bits per cell (5 bpc). Two years later, Kioxia pushed past the 5 bpc technology to reach 6 bpc. The company stated that they were also researching to see if they could advance as high as 8 bpc, creating an octa-level cell 3D NAND memory device. Currently, the company has yet to reach such lengths. Storing multiple bits per cell presents many challenges for many 3D NAND manufacturers. Identifying materials capable of storing various voltage states while also being able to differentiate between them to prevent interference is one such hurdle that all companies are currently struggling to overcome. Additionally, they need to develop error-correction techniques to maintain data integrity as the number of bits per cell increases. https://wccftech.com/samsung-aims-for-petabyte-ssds-with-future-3d-nand-tech-but-wont-hit-shelves-till-2030/

Canadian developers Behaviour Interactive are old hands when it comes to live services, as they’ve done an excellent job of supporting Dead by Daylight with a steady drumbeat of quality content, and it seems the same will hold true for their latest game, Meet You Maker. The new base-building and raiding game doesn’t launch until next week, but Behaviour is already detailing the game’s first big post-launch update and some other content that will be coming over the next few months. The Meet Your Maker post-launch content parade kicks off on April 10 with the free Hellscape Deco Pack, which allows you to give the outposts you've created a bit of a style refresh. This is followed by a collection of free trap and guard mods, that allow you to change how they behave. Finally, in June we get the big Sector 1: Dreadshore update, which adds a all-new dark and foreboding watery environment. At launch, all outposts have to be built in the same desert region, so an all-new environment represents a fairly major addition, and it seems likely future seasonal updates will be built around them. You can get a quick rundown of what’s included in the Dreadshore update, below.“This post-apocalypse is one teeming with different settings, each ravaged in their own unique ways by the plague that destroyed humankind, each filled with history and horrors to unravel. For starters, a new environment and a new deco pack will be instantly available for free to all players as soon as the update is released. The environment introduces a new region of our post-apocalyptic world. Also, you’ll be able to build using a new Sector-themed set of building blocks designed to let you create a completely different style of Outpost. We’ll also release 4 gameplay elements all of which are unlockable by playing Meet Your Maker. The items are: a new Custodian with its Perks, a new Weapon with its Upgrades, a new Trap with its Mods and a new Guard with its Augments. Anyone who plays regularly should be able to earn the in-game currency needed to nab all four items. Each item is designed to shake up the game’s meta and will be themed to match the new Sector. You’ll also be able to purchase these gameplay elements via platform stores. Finally, we’ll be releasing a cosmetic collection which will include a new Deco Pack, a new Custodian Skin, and a new Weapon Skin, all related to the fantasy of Sector 1. This cosmetic collection will be available to purchase via platform stores.” Meet Your Maker launches on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PS5 on April 4. The game will be available for “free” for PS Plus subscribers on Day 1. https://wccftech.com/meet-your-maker-roadmap-dreadshore-update-new-environment/

AMD's A620 motherboards which will open up the room for even more affordable AM5 PC builds are finally launching tomorrow. AMD A620 Motherboards Launch Tomorrow For Affordable AM5 PCs, First Look at MSI A620 PCB & Prices Based on the latest information that we have received, AMD and its partners will finally introduce the much-awaited & very affordable AM5 motherboard options tomorrow. The boards will adopt the A620 chipset which will come in two flavors, one variant will be a cut-down B650 SKU due to yields and the other will be the proper A620 die which will mostly be the more affordable option. AMD's motherboard partners are optimizing the cost so that most options stick below the $100 US price point. We have the PCB shots of an MSI A620 motherboard which carries a 6+2+1 VRM design, putting it slightly above the ASRock A620 options that got leaked a few days ago. The motherboard will get proper VRM heatsinks and will support EXPO DDR5 memory overclocking across two DDR5 DIMM slots. A single 8-pin connector will power the AM5 socket on the motherboard. In terms of I/O, the motherboard will feature a single PCIe 4.0 x16 and PCIe 4.0 x1 slot. There's also a single Gen 4.0 NVMe slot that runs off the CPU lanes. Other than that, the motherboard will carry some decent I/O such as HDMI, VGA, a keyboard PS/2 port, USB Gen 3.1 ports, and a LAN port. The motherboard has an EZ Debug LEG for diagnostic and we can expect most if not all A620 options to refrain from using a proper DEBUG LED solution. As for the pricing, we have been told that MSI also targets a price below $90 US for this specific SKU but we can expect even more affordable options. The AMD A620 chipset will also feature no USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 ports and USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports will be limited to just two compared to 6 on the B650 series. The PCH will get 2 USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports and retain the 6 USB 2.0 ports. Pairing these entry-level boards with something like a Ryzen 7000 Non-X CPU or an X3D for pure gaming purposes would make for a super affordable yet super powerful PC. Expect more information and first look at the AMD AM5 A620 lineup by various motherboard makers tomorrow. https://wccftech.com/amd-a620-motherboards-for-entry-level-am5-pcs-launch-tomorrow-msi-a620-pcb-pricing-revealed/

At first blush, 2022 may have seemed like a somewhat quiet year for CD Projekt Red as it didn’t see any major new releases, but according to the company’s latest financial results, it was actually their second-best year ever. In 2022, CDPR brought in approximately $222 million in revenue, resulting in around $80 million in net profit. The main factor driving this good year for CD Projekt Red was sales of Cyberpunk 2077, which were up year-on-year compared to 2021. While part of this was due to the next-gen update released for Cyberpunk 2077 back in February of last year, CDPR was pretty clear that the big turnaround was the premiere of the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Netflix anime. According to CDPR they saw an almost immediate sales boost for Cyberpunk 2077, which lasted a surprisingly long time… well after the initial hype for Edgerunners died down, indicating word of mouth improved once people gave the game another chance. CDPR shared the following chart showing the large boost in positive Cyberpunk Steam reviews following the launch of Edgerunners. CD Projekt Red CEO Adam Kiciński sees the success of Edgerunners as proof more spinoffs and experiments with different forms of media are the right path going forward…“The po[CENSORED]rity of the series and the positive reception of the update, released a week before the premiere, had a notable effect on Cyberpunk sales and general sentiment around the game, as evidenced by gamers’ reviews. This is a clear sign that deeper involvement in our franchises and expanding their reach is the right way to go. Another important event supporting the Cyberpunk franchise will be the release of Phantom Liberty – a large expansion scheduled for this year.” As Kiciński mentions, CDPR’s next big project is the next/current-gen-exclusive Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty story expansion. In addition to that, CDPR has plans for a new UE5-powered Witcher trilogy, an open-world remake of the original The Witcher, a unique (and recently rebooted) Witcher spinoff from The Molasses Flood, a Cyberpunk 2077 sequel, and more. According to the following chart, most of CDPR’s focus is on Phantom Liberty at the moment, but Polaris development is ramping up as post-launch support for Cyberpunk 2077 winds down. Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty comes to PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5 sometime in 2023, with CDPR promising a ramp-up in marketing in June. The rest of the company’s projects are without release windows. https://wccftech.com/cyberpunk-2077-sales-2022-cd-project-red-second-best-year-ever/

DRAM including DDR5 & DDR4 memory is seeing a production cut from leaders in the field, such as Micron and SK Hynix, reports TrendForce. During this first quarter of the year, the average selling price (ASP) of DRAM dropped as high as 20% but is anticipated to become much less in the second quarter by 10-15%. DDR5 & DDR4 DRAM costs continue to drop as inventory levels increase, and they may not become better anytime soon With the price drops comes uncertainty as it is unknown if the demand will return to its rightful place within the second quarter or continue to decline. Manufacturers have had to lower the ASP to meet the needs of the customers and clients, but the industry shows that supplier inventory levels are at an all-time high. Unless the production lowers, the prices will not return to normal.TrendForce broke down the price projections for DRAM products during the first and second quarters of 2023 in the below graph. The analytic company broke down each sector, explaining the decline for each. PC DRAM: Due to the stagnant marketplace, sellers have requested much less from manufacturers over the last three quarters. Most retailers show as much as thirteen weeks of stock still sitting on shelves and in backstock. Even with suppliers limiting production to counterbalance the lack of sales, specific DRAM memory modules, such as 8GB DDR4 memory, are anticipated to plummet over ten percent during this second quarter. PC OEMs can use the lower cost to their advantage by purchasing more DRAM for their wares, but it is unknown if it will be enough for the suppliers to fix the inventory issues. The predictions from analysts mark the PC DRAM ASP to decline between ten to fifteen percent. Server DRAM: Inventory management has slowed due to the demand for server DRAM from OEMs and cloud service providers. Customer demand appears bleak, signaling suppliers to adjust the server DRAM ratio and increase shipment quantities. This has caused up to a twenty-five percent increase in inventory during the first quarter. While suppliers' efforts to lower capacity utilization rates it has not seemed to affect enough to make a difference, even with the lower costs. TrendForce predicts that server DRAM ASP will continue to decline as much as eighteen percent in the second quarter of 2023. Mobile DRAM: The mobile DRAM sector is the only area that has returned to a better ASP level than all other sectors. This is due to manufacturers being much more conservative with production over the last few quarters. However, it is analyzed that this will become more constricted during the second quarter of this year. Suppliers must sell as much of their remaining stocks as possible, which raises an enormous challenge. But, despite the obstacles, TrendForce anticipates only a ten to fifteen percent decline. Graphics DRAM: With AI being such a prominent (and often overused buzzword), it has had little effect on demand. TrendForce will anticipate a ten to fifteen percent quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) decline. Graphics DRAM is slowly adopting the 16 GB memory, with Samsung's GDDR6 reaching the end of its manufacturing run at the end of 2023. This will leave manufacturer SK Hynix as the only company to develop 8GB memory products. TrendForce adds that "rolling back production could finally present an opportunity for the price of GDDR6 8 Gb to stop fluctuating aggressively." Consumer DRAM: Networking device demand has remained nominal, but retailers have begun to refuse accepting more higher inventory levels now that the market has leveled. The estimated analysis shows that despite buyers being conservative over the last few months, supply continues to overtake demand, even with production slowing down. The prediction for consumer DRAM ASP will lower to as much as fifteen percent in 2023. The future is bleak, with demand being lowered overall in all markets, not just the DRAM marketplace. It will be interesting to see these numbers again entering 2024. https://wccftech.com/ddr5-ddr4-dram-pricing-continues-to-decline-due-to-extremely-low-demand/

The Last Of Us Part I was finally released on PC yesterday, but it is undeniable that the successful series by Naughty Dog deserved a much better debut, as the port is plagued by a variety of issues that prevent it from being playable for a lot of different users. A few hours after the game became available on Steam and the Epic Games Store, Naughty Dog took to Twitter to update players about the PC port of their game, confirming they are currently looking into a variety of issues, such as long shaders loading time, performance and stability issues when shaders are loading in the background, boot, and memory leak issues. Patches are in the works and will be released as soon as possible, as confirmed on the official support page. With so many issues, one has to wonder in which state The Last of Us Part I PC port was when the game was delayed last month. PC ports of former PlayStation exclusives have been spot-on in the past few months, so it would be interesting to learn what led to this disappointing launch. The fact that Iron Galaxy, the studio behind the terrible port of Batman: Arkham Knight, worked on it didn't inspire much confidence, although the studio did release a decent PC port with the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection.Once The Last of Us Part I gets fixed on PC, players will be in for a threat, as it is the definitive version of one of the best games ever made, although the complete removal of the original's multiplayer mode hurts the experience, as highlighted by Kai in his review of the PlayStation 5 release. The Last of Us Part I is now available on PC and PlayStation 5 worldwide. We will keep you updated on future patches as soon as more come in on them, so stay tuned for all the latest news. https://wccftech.com/the-last-of-us-part-i-pc-long-shaders-loading-times-memory-leak-issues-are-being-looked-into/

iOS 17, Apple's upcoming software update for its iPhone handsets, was previously leaked by Bloomberg's Mark Gurman in January this year. However, just around three months after he predicted that the upcoming version of iOS would focus on bug fixes and performance enhancements, the analyst has suggested that the iOS 17 update could include new features aside from these improvements and tune-ups. Gurman states that the next major iOS update could also add support for several features that have been requested by many users. In the latest version of his Power On newsletter, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman says that Apple had initially set out to work on iOS 17, it had intended to call it a "tuneup release", with a focus on fixing bugs and improving performance, rather than adding a host of new features. This was partly due to the hiccups the Cupertino, California-based iPhone maker faced with the iOS 16 update which added a number of new features but was plagued by missed deadlines, and a bug-filled start that took a lot of updates to address and fix. Gurman states in his newsletter that Apple has decided to shift its strategy during the development process of the upcoming iOS 17 release. The update, which is codenamed Dawn, could feature several features that were requested by many of Apple's customers. The upcoming software update is expected to be on demonstrated at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2023, sometime in June. New features expected on the latest operating system from Apple include a next-generation CarPlay experience that supports deeper integration with vehicle functions like air-conditioning and FM radio. Apple's digital voice assistant, Siri, is also expected to drop the "Hey Siri" trigger phrase in favour of just "Siri". Apple may also allow users to install and use alternative app stores, something that the iPhone maker has been insistent on not allowing up to now. Sideloading has been an advantage that Android users famously mention as having an edge over Apple's operating ecosystem. iOS 17 is also tipped to feature support for Apple's AR/VR headset, which is currently in development and could be demonstrated by the company in the coming months. https://www.gadgets360.com/mobiles/news/ios-17-feature-most-requested-features-carplay-siri-sideloading-3897556

NVIDIA recently relaxed some video encoding limitations it had on its GeForce GPU lineup which have now been unlocked. NVIDIA GeForce GPUs Can Now Process Up To Five Streams Simultaneously As Green Team Removes Video Encoding Limitations NVIDIA GeForce GPUs had a limitation lifted from most GPU families, tracing back to the Maxwell generation. These limitations have silently been removed by NVIDIA and now allow for increased video encoding for up to five streams simultaneously. While streaming up to five streams at once seems unreal, this step towards easing down software limitations, especially for consumer-based graphics cards, has now opened up further accessibility that was once closed off. NVIDIA's NVENC encoding and decoding were limited to some degree by the company on GeForce GPUs, whereas the data center and enterprise-level graphics cards do not have the same limitations. The limitation could be lifted by using external software to patch the NVENC/NVDEC codecs for increased streams. As of March 18th, NVIDIA has increased the streams to five simultaneously. Prior to this update, NVIDIA's GeForce GPUs could only process up to three streams simultaneously but the new enhancement adds two more streams to the encoder, as reported by the NVIDIA Video Encode and Decode GPU Support Matrix. The current generations allowed for the increased stream encoding range from the company's second-generation Maxwell, Pascal, Turing, Ampere, and the current Ada Lovelace graphics architectures except for the MX-series (MX110, MX230, MX130, MX150, MX250, MX330, MX350, and MX450), which are known for media playbacks, such as HD video, and Adobe Flash games (during the Macromedia generation of Flash). Also, the NVIDIA GT 1030 GPU is not supported. However, the new list has GPUs from the last eight years. One interesting note in the NVENC and NVDEC tables is that while it shows each codec and video quality, it never reveals the average screen resolution they are testing against. Most commonly, sizes of 1920 x 1080 px are most widely used, but the company has not officially revealed from their tables the actual size tested for the encoded and decoded streams. This is also not to say that all NVIDIA graphics cards are supported. With streaming up to five sources simultaneously, users should expect some issues with speed when attempting such a feat, especially of each manufacturer's limitations. Suppose you have not updated your NVIDIA graphics drivers before March 18th, 2023 to receive the new capabilities of your graphics card. In that case, updating the latest drivers from the NVIDIA drivers and support page is recommended. Also, remember that some GPUs are not supported, & refer to the Video Encode and Decode GPU Support Matrix page for full details. https://wccftech.com/nvidia-unlocks-more-video-encoding-capabilities-on-its-geforce-gpus-dating-back-to-maxwell/

Hugely-anticipated The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom launches in mere six-weeks-or-so, and yet, we’ve still seen precious little of Nintendo’s Breath of the Wild follow-up. A handful of teaser trailers, the longest of which has lasted around 90 seconds, is all we’ve been given to date. While some broad details about the game have been revealed, including the return of Ganon, and the ability to travel to the sky and underground, a cohesive vision of what Tears of the Kingdom brings to the table has not been shared.Well, thankfully, that’s about to change. Today Nintendo finally announced a full The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom showcase, featuring around 10 minutes of gameplay, is coming… tomorrow! Honestly, 10 minutes still seems a little stingy, but hey, I’ll take what I can get! Also, at this point, any time Aonuma shows up with an announcement you breathe a little sigh of relief when it’s not another delay. It will be interesting to see what form the gameplay takes – an edited overview of the game, showing off a full range of new features? Or perhaps a largely uncut gameplay sequence showing off one of ToTK’s more exciting and representative sequences? We’ll just have to wait and see I suppose.Haven’t been keeping up The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? You can get pre-order details here and read the game’s brief official description, below. "In addition to the vast lands of Hyrule, the latest entry in the storied Legend of Zelda series will take you up into the skies and an expanded world that goes well beyond that! Look forward to Link’s massive adventure starting again when The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild."The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom finally arrives on Nintendo Switch on May 12. Storing raw foods such as meat in the refrigerator is actually easy and difficult. If stored properly, the meat will last longer and stay fresh when consumed. However, if you store it the wrong way, the meat can become a breeding ground for bacteria to rot easily. So, where do we need to store meat so it doesn't go bad? Then, what are the tips for doing thawing after the meat is frozen? Reported from Real Simple, here are tips for saving meat from the founder and head butcher at Primal Supply Meats, Heather Marold Thomason. Store in the fridge According to Thomason, meat needs to be stored in tight packaging to minimize exposure to air. "Meat paper is great for refrigerating storage, because it's made to store meat for several days," says Thomason. Then if you want to freeze in butcher paper, Thomson suggests putting the meat that has been tightly wrapped in a Ziploc bag to minimize exposure and humidity. Styrofoam packaging can also be stored in the refrigerator. But if you're going to freeze it, Thomason suggests opening and wrapping it more tightly in plastic wrap or freezer paper, then sealing it in a Ziploc bag. Then if the leftover meat has been partially used, wrap it tightly. Plastic wrap is one of the best options for resealing fresh meat or for freezing leftovers. "However, never refreeze meat that has been removed from the freezer," says Thomason. According to Thomason, refreezing will reduce the quality of the meat, both in terms of texture and taste. This is due to the loss of moisture due to the process of freezing and thawing (thaw) repeatedly. Freezing and thawing Thomason believes that the best time to freeze meat in the freezer is when the meat is still fresh and the expiration date is still quite far away. Then if you want to freeze meat at the last minute of its expiration date, Thomason suggests putting a label on it to remind yourself to cook it immediately after thawing. “Use the meat in the freezer in the next few months. The less time it freezes, the better the quality and integrity,” says Thomason.Thomason also adds that generally we can store meat in the freezer for up to a yearThen about thawing, Thomason suggests that we do it gently to avoid decreasing the quality of the meat. "It's best to plan one day in advance and move the meat from the freezer to the fridge in advance," he says. Note, however, that large cuts of meat such as frozen turkey or pork shoulder may take a few days to thaw in the refrigerator. “If you forget to plan your thawing the day before, you can thaw the meat quickly in a bowl of cold water,” says Thomason. Meanwhile, for small packets of meat (about half a pound or more), the thawing process doesn't take long, about an hour. However for larger packages, it can take up to two hours. “I wouldn't recommend quick defrosting if the meat is 1.3 to 1.8kg,” says Thomason. Thomason also doesn't recommend thawing in the microwave. "I totally disagree. Thawing gently and cold is the only way to protect the texture and quality of the meat," says Thomason. Also, Thomason advises against putting half-frozen meat in the oven. Ensuring the freshness of the meat When checking the freshness and safety of meat, the first thing we need to do is trust our senses and feelings. Then, remember that fresh meat should be refrigerated at 4.4 degrees Celsius or lower. After that, pay attention to the 'packed on' or 'used before' dates to make sure you're using the meat while it's fresh. the meat should be a nice, bright color (not gray), and moist and fresh to the touch (not sticky). And most importantly, trust our noses. Because rotting meat will have a pungent odor. Thomason also recommends using fresh meat wrapped in butcher paper within three to four days of purchase. “If the meat is vacuum sealed, we have to use it or freeze it within two weeks of the 'packaged on' date," he says. "The sooner you cook the meat, the fresher and tastier it will be. But time goes on. So if you can't cook it in time, wrap it tightly and freeze it to eat later. Then melt gently! " he concluded. https://lifestyle.kompas.com/read/2022/05/27/172949020/trik-menyimpan-daging-agar-lebih-tahan-lama?page=1

The Callisto Protocol, a Dead Space spiritual successor in development at Striking Distance Studios, isn't set in the PUBG universe anymore. The news came right from Glen Schofield himself. The Callisto Protocol is its own story and world. It no longer takes place in the PUBG universe. It was originally part of the PUBG timeline but grew into its own world. PUBG is awesome and we will still have little surprises for fans, but this is its own world, story, and universe. The Callisto Protocol is also prominently featured in the new Game Informer (issue #346), already available digitally to subscribers, and there's quite a bit of new tidbits in there. For instance, the developers clarified that enemies have been designed starting with real humans; they also want players to be scared of single foes. Character Director Glauco Longhi: These enemies are all grounded in reality. We start with something that was real, and now we are morphing them into something that feels a bit more than real. It's really expanding reality in a way, and we definitely want to piggyback on the idea of unleashing the beast and unleashing the animal. We want this to feel very brutal and scary and intimidating. Design Director Ben Walker: That's where we started: on the harder side of things to make sure that it felt scary. We want you to be afraid of single enemies. All these tools we built up for Jacob are to deal with the difficulty as opposed to coming at it from the other end of 'Hey, you can do all these cool things, let's make some enemies'. We did in reverse for that very reason. You feel scared, and you have to make the right calls at the right time. Many of the developers on The Callisto Protocol have worked on the original Dead Space, and they're quite adept at doing something called 'horror engineering'. CEO and Game Director Glen Schofield: We'll try and get you early in the game; like when you open a door, and something's there. Then, hopefully, you're worried about every door. And then after about five levels, when we don't get you with the door, you kind of let your guard down again, and then we get you. There is a lot of timing. Chief Development Officer Steve Papoutsis: We have this concept that we're calling 'horror engineering'. Having made a lot of horror games over the years, it's really important for us to make sure that we construct these things in a meticulous way so that they have the maximum impact on players, and they can be memorable and scary and bring out all the tension, terror, fear, anxiety, apprehension that these moments can deliver. The Callisto Protocol has been recently confirmed to be coming out before the end of the year. It will be available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S|X https://wccftech.com/the-callisto-protocol-isnt-set-in-pubg-anymore-devs-want-players-to-be-scared-of-single-enemies/
