Revolut has launched the Junior version for children between 7 and 17 years old. Revolut Junior is dedicated to children and integrates with the main application that is supposed to be used by parents. The parent using Revolut can create a Revolut Junior account, and only then can the child download the application and request a Junior card. The new application offers a limited set of functions with a simplistic interface with only two tabs: Account and Profile. Kids can see a list of transactions in real time, can configure card settings and that's about it. Parents can control expenses, transfer money to a Revolut Junior account, access balances and transactions, and even disable certain card features, such as online payments. Revolut Junior is a good idea and can attract new customers. The little ones can get used to banking applications and can better understand how to make payments online or how to manage their money. In Romania Revolut already has 1 million users.

I recently installed a 500 GB NVMe M2 SSD from my home PC. So I said it's a good opportunity to test it a little bit. The performance is not to be denied at all, and the price is affordable. And just for fun, I did a speed test on the SSD, also Samsung, on the SATA I have. The differences are huge (but it was to be expected in the SATA vs NVMe scenario), only when I got the SSD on SATA it cost twice as much as an M2 now. This is because the 500 GB Samsung SSD 980 can be found for around 360 lei. It's a VERY GOOD price! But let's also look at the speed tests. I ran in AS SSD Benchmark, CrystalDiskMark and Samsung Magician, the tool from Samsung. And for comparison, I also tested in Samsung Magician and Samsung SSD 860 SATA. The results are below.
