Move Steam If the issue continues and Steam is installed to a location containing letters or symbols not contained in the English alphabet (such as accents), please move your Steam installation to a directory that does not contain these characters, such as C:\Steam. This is nice work brother but this didnt solve my problem i had to download a previous copy of /cstrike. and replace current files

For those guys who receive this problem,download this file , before you downloaded it,delete addons folder from it,and replace cstrike folder on Steam-SteamAPP-common-Half-Life.

Replace the folder Half-Life/cstrike with this and run the game. This will fix your game. Have a nice day!

Pai si daca nu vreau sa cumpar CS:GO ? Eu nu stiu ce farmec ar avea un server de zm jucat pe CS:GO (Daca se poate asa ceva) ... Multumesc ca mi`ai spus ,deja ma gandeam sa cumpar alt steam...

Si eu am intampinat aceasta problema la fel ca si tine dar dupa cateva zile si-a revenit instantaneu..
